Bugs and small improvements (Week of May 1, 2026)

Fourteen fixes across reporting, the content builder, and the mobile app, plus section duplication in the builder and required comments on low course ratings.

Improvements

• When building check-ins, audits, and task lists, you can now copy an entire section — steps, conditional groups, and triggers — in one click, instead of rebuilding it by hand.
• When a trainee rates a course three stars or fewer, they’re now asked to say why before submitting, so the feedback you get back is specific enough to act on.

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where invitation and scheduled report emails could silently fail to send for several hours.
• Fixed an issue where uploaded PDF and media training resources weren’t searchable or citable in Ask Opus.
• Fixed an issue where QR codes in training content failed to load.
• Fixed sorting on the Reviews page and on the “Include in Knowledge Check” column in your library — clicking those column headers did nothing.
• Fixed an issue where locations that belong to a brand but not a region were missing from reporting filters and completion grids.
• Fixed an issue where “Average time to complete” showed as unavailable on a course or module’s Reporting tab.
• Fixed an issue where Region, Brand, and Franchise columns could show up empty on the Locations table for organizations that don’t use them.
• Fixed an issue where marking a large batch of trainings complete could time out.
• Fixed an issue where columns in reporting completion grids rearranged themselves after expanding a module’s content.
• Fixed an issue where resources could appear to vanish from a course when switching between courses quickly.
• Sped up the initial load of the skill and audit builder for very long audits.
• Fixed several crashes in the mobile app — on Android when moving between screens shortly after viewing images, when quickly double-tapping a resource, and in rare cases at launch on iOS — and reduced memory pressure on older iPhones when opening a form with several video attachments.
• Fixed an issue where videos on Android showed an error after a brief network drop instead of resuming on their own.
• Fixed an issue where the “Check-ins to facilitate” row disappeared from a manager’s home screen when nothing was pending, making it hard to get back to.
