Self-directed check-ins

A check-in can now be set up as self-directed, so a trainee works through it themselves.

• Trainees complete it on their own — the trainee works through the check-in themselves instead of a manager running the session with them.
• Set per check-in — choose self-directed when setting up a check-in.
