Notes as proof of completion

When a photo won’t tell the story, a task can now require a written note instead.

• A third kind of proof — alongside a photo and a video, any task can now ask for a written note, so “explain what you did” counts as proof for the fixes a camera can’t show.
• Written where the work is — the person assigned writes the note on the task itself, on the app or in the dashboard, and the task can’t be submitted or signed off until it’s there.
• Part of the record — the note is saved to the task’s history, so a reviewer can see what was written and when it changed.
