Audits

Audits are now available in Opus: build a scored inspection, run it on a recurring schedule across your Locations, and turn anything that fails into a tracked follow-up Task.

• Score what you inspect. Build an Audit from pass/fail, rating, temperature, number, multiple-choice and free-text questions, group them into sections, and set the score an Audit has to reach to pass. Every submission comes back with a score and a clear result.
• Proof on the questions that matter. Require a photo, video or note on any question, and require that the photo be taken on the spot rather than picked from the camera roll.
• A failed item becomes someone’s job. Choose what happens when an answer falls short: flag it, show a corrective action, notify someone, or raise a follow-up Task with an owner, a due date, the proof it needs, and a review before it can be closed.
• Every Location, on schedule. Set a recurring cadence for each Audit, from daily to annual. Auditors see which of their Locations are due and which have fallen behind. You get a grid of every Location against every Audit, scored and color-coded, plus a searchable log of every submission.

Task lists are now called Checklists, on the dashboard and in the app. Same lists, same submissions, new name.
