Collaborators on Opus Docs

You can now add collaborators on an Opus Doc. Invite specific Admins or Managers from Collaborators in the header, and set each to Edit or View only. Admins can also give all Admins or all Managers access in one step.

• Invite who needs it. Add individual Admins and Managers to an Opus Doc and give each one Edit or View only, from Collaborators in the header.
• Or hand it to everyone who manages content. Admins can grant all Admins or all Managers access in one step instead of adding them one at a time.
• Grant access directly. Until now an Opus Doc could only be edited by the person who wrote it or by someone who happened to have edit access to the Module it sat in, so an Opus Doc left behind by someone who moved on was effectively frozen. Now you can grant access to it directly.

Available to Admins and Managers who can share content.
