Bugs and small improvements (Week of Aug 28, 2026)

Reporting now tracks what’s past due and not just what’s complete, Guest Feedback integrations can be scoped to a single brand, and there are fixes for zoomed-in Course covers, stray symbols in documents, and a Sent tab that looked like it had sent things it hadn’t.

Improvements

• Reporting now shows what’s past due, alongside what’s complete. A past-due percentage appears in the hierarchy table and on the Location report, with an orange marker on the Assignment bar, and Admins can set the past-due target their business is measured against in Reporting Settings. This starts measuring from this week, so there is no history before then.
• A Guest Feedback integration can now be pinned to a single brand rather than applying across your whole business. Once it is, the Location picker only offers Locations in that brand, and shows full addresses so similar ones are easy to tell apart.
• Image controls in Opus Docs (align, crop, replace and delete) are now available to every business, and have moved into the toolbar above the image instead of sitting on top of it.
• The Completed Training tab has a “Hide nested content” toggle, so you can see the Courses and Check-ins someone finished without every Module sub-item listed alongside them.
• Photo steps on iPhone now use the same in-app camera as Android, so capturing proof works the same way on both.
• The profile screen in the app has been refreshed.
• Admins can now open this changelog from the Support menu in the dashboard.

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where documents converted from a PDF could show stray symbols in place of readable text, and where prices written with a dollar sign could come out garbled, in the dashboard and in the app.
• Fixed an issue where archiving a Course, Opus Doc, or Check-in from its detail page left you sitting on the page for the item you had just archived, instead of returning you to the Library.
• Fixed an issue where Course cover images could appear zoomed in and cropped on the Course home screen and in the builder preview.
• Fixed an issue where the Sent tab in the app listed messages you had only drafted or scheduled as though they had already gone out, showing an invalid date and no recipients.
• Fixed an issue where the Ask Opus report could show an inaccurate number of questions next to each theme. Themes now appear without a per-theme count. The overall total was always accurate and is unchanged.
• Fixed an issue where someone updating their own profile got a generic failure, instead of a clear message, when the phone number they entered was already in use.
• Fixed an issue where some of your team could be missing from People.
